www.dslrfilmnoob.com The ART usb dual pre amp is a cheap and easy way to add gain and phantom power to a camera rig. This ART usb device has a lot of great features, including XLR/1/4 inputs, phantom power, headphone amplifier, and USB audio interface. That's a lot of features for such a small device. Unfortunately this wasn't designed for filming. I actually had to drill holes in the bottom of the aluminum case in order to adapt it to a standard cold shoe mount. The audio pre amps aren't going to change the world but for the price it's a good source of gain with a lot of features for a price tag. You can spend a lot more on other options and you won't get nearly as many features.
