Initial Cost: 12000 gold Armory: 2000 Enchanting Lab: 1500 Alchemy Lab: 1500 Living Room: 1500 Bedroom: 1000 Kitchen: 1000 Clean-up: 500 (This cleans up the blood stain and the mess in the enchanting/alchemy lab) Has 3 mannequins for your armor, 3 weapon display cases, 7 weapon plaques, 2 shield plaques and 4 dagger display cases. I have to say that this is my favourite player home in Skyrim and I use it as my main home. Additional Note: My soulgem colors are different from the base game as I added custom textures to my game.
